I'm Jess, a 22-year-old journalist from South Yorkshire who writes about everything from domestic abuse, current affairs, and parenting to fashion and beauty.
At present, I am a regular contributor to various online publications and I work part time as a virtual assistant at The Freelance Parent.
I am currently studying for my NCTJ Diploma and MA in Journalism at the University of Sheffield. I'm also a 2020/2021 recipient of the NCTJ's Journalism Diversity Fund.
I graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2020 with a First Class degree in Business Studies. I was also awarded a certificate of higher education from York St John University in Business Management and French in 2017.
